Not straightforward to log-in initially, and when I tried to book a taxi for the next day I was prevented from doing so. It firstly rejected my online payment then secondly, when offering to pay in the cab, the app simply told me no driver was available. Very disappointing experience.

I used Boro-Cars on several occasions during the summer. Always received punctual and courteous service at very reasonable rates. I will select this company on future visits to Scarborough. Highly recommended.
