Scan & Snap: Confirm the pickup and return by scanning a secure QR code and snapping a quick condition photo—keeping both sides 100% protected.

SAFE, SECURE & PROTECTED
Secure Payments: All transactions and automatic payouts are handled securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.

Verified Handshakes: No "he said, she said" disputes. Handovers are locked in via secure QR codes and live condition photos.

Item Protection: Rest easy with optional security deposits and clear community cover rules for items that come back damaged.

Prefer not to meet a stranger or coordinate schedules? Opt for a Verified Charity Hub at checkout to drop off and collect your items asynchronously on your own schedule.
