Remember what you lend your friends! Borrow will help you remember what you lend and to whom, all preserved in a beautiful app that shows off your immeasurable generosity. Borrow was born out of a profound trauma: the loss of a screwdriver. Lent out of the goodness of his heart to an absent-minded friend, it got lost over time, and the identity of the borrower remains a mystery to this day. ADD A BORROW : To add a loan, simply enter the object's name, the borrower's name, a small classification category and a reminder date. You'll then be notified when it's time to ask your cousin to return your Mariah Carey Compil'. By linking each loan to a contact, you'll be able to contact the borrower by phone, SMS or even email, thanks to subtle shortcuts from within the app. Clever Bill. From now on, with the brand new version of our app (2.0.0), you have much more freedom to add, modify, delete contacts and/or associate them with articles or loans. ### 5/5 — Nicely Done- easily track your stuff *2025-10-13* This wasn’t easy to find, and there are not many apps built for this purpose. Borrow is very clean and intuitive to use. The contacts issue mentioned in other comments is fixed. This looks like the first review in a few years, which is a shame since it’s actually a decent tool. Hopefully it finds its way out the void. There are three things I’d suggest: (1) add a list or grid view- I can only see two items without scrolling- it’s not a big deal but an easy fix, (2) add an icon picker for times we can’t add a photo. I loaned my drill out. Would be nice to have even a “tool” icon, especially if picture wall is the way they are listed (3) the settings button and the erase all button are uncomfortably close together on the main toolbar, I like to see the power tools tucked away some. ### 5/5 — Love it! *2021-05-15* Super helpful when lending items to friends and family. And on the iPad only your contacts with iPhones will appear in your contact list. **Developer response:** Hello, we've improved the application, so it's no longer necessary to import contacts from your phonebook. You can add or modify your contacts as you see fit. Many other enhancements are also available.
