## What is Borrowed+?

orrowed+ turns the things you lend, borrow and rent into clear, signed records — so nothing gets lost, forgotten or disputed.

Lend a camera to a friend, rent out your drill, or hand over a deposit: snap a photo, set a value and a due date, and both sides sign a simple agreement right on your phone. You keep a tamper-proof PDF, forever.

WE NEVER TOUCH YOUR MONEY
Rent and deposits are paid directly between you and the other person. Borrowed+ does not process, hold or move payments — it simply records that they happened, so both sides have the receipt. No card details. No middleman.

EVERY LOAN, ON THE RECORD
• Photograph each item with its condition and estimated value
• Both parties sign — in the app, or by a secure link if they're not a member
• A locked PDF agreement with timestamps and a verification hash
• Documented returns: confirm with a condition photo when it comes back
• Smart reminders before every due date, with notifications that take you straight to the loan
