### 3/5 — Never delivering it on promised time.

I have two multiple times, keep on checking with my Borzo driver. They take multiple orders at the same time. They will pick up multiple products and deliver it at different places. That is why your one product which is even closer to the address that you are sending from will still take hours and hours to get delivered. I stay in Mumbai and i understand the traffic, but it never takes three hours to send a courier from Churchgate to Bandra. Or even four hours for the matter of fact. Your riders keep lying about them being on time, but they change the status saying that they have picked up the product or there at the location, but no, they are not even close to your location at that time for pick up. Important task cannot be performed involving this app. Cannot rely.

Despite the estimated delivery time for 1hr I received my parcel 3hrs later as the delivery man decided to take detour. He refused to answer his phone and there was no customer support. Additionally they charge more than Porter or Uber pick ups. Avoid at all costs! No accountability or customer support

Very disappointing experience with Borzo. My parcel has been missing for over 3 days, and despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no clear information about its location. The delivery partner was not answering calls, leaving me completely in the dark about my shipment.

To make matters worse, I was assured that someone from Borzo would contact me regarding a refund, but I have still not received any call or update. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating.

A courier company should be reliable and responsive when issues arise, but unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite. I would not recommend Borzo based on the poor service and lack of support I have received.

The courier picked up my item, marked job as paid and did not deliver them for almost 6 hours up. I tried to call the courier on normal call as well as whatsapp and no calls were answered. On top of that there is no customer service after 9PM then why the app is still running after 9PM? 
DO NOT use this app if you value your time, money and belongings. Extremely Angry and disappointed.

The app is resourceless. It lets delivery people do as they wish even with a tracking map we can’t do anything when they waste time running around town doing other things than a direct delivery. It is a waste of time and energy. At this point i would have personally gone and delivered it myself.

I have never been spoken to so badly by someone but this Borzo courier guy sucked the energy out of me - he kept telling me lies that the location I have added is wrong, that he will deliver at 5 but starts calling rapidly at 2 when I am away from my phone, then blames me left right and center, then he says the woman who was to give my order is saying she doesn’t have one but when I asked that woman she said the man never came, he only asked for location. I have never felt so troubled and tortured. Pls never book anything on this app. The service guys lack manners and they think you depend on them so they will use that to their cruel advantage.
