They take multiple orders at the same time. They will pick up multiple products and deliver it at different places. That is why your one product which is even closer to the address that you are sending from will still take hours and hours to get delivered. I stay in Mumbai and i understand the traffic, but it never takes three hours to send a courier from Churchgate to Bandra. Or even four hours for the matter of fact. Your riders keep lying about them being on time, but they change the status saying that they have picked up the product or there at the location, but no, they are not even close to your location at that time for pick up. Even after placing the order before 4 PM my package was first, not picked up the delivery partner, then rejected after 6 PM and then cancelled due to a system glitch. After this I had to place the order again and pay more than what was quoted to me. Again, I wish I could have been given some compensation considering I was given assurances by customer service but they never followed through. I don’t think I will use the app again. The customer support agents were helpful but the service was abysmal. ### 1/5 — Absolutely terrible service *2025-04-26* I had an extremely pathetic experience with Borzo. My parcel was picked up at 9 PM for a delivery that should’ve taken 20 minutes. Now it’s 11 PM and the delivery is still not done. The driver has been stuck at some random location for hours, not moving at all. I tried calling him over 50 times — he didn’t bother answering even once. On top of that, Borzo has ZERO customer support after 10 PM. No way to reach anyone, no help, nothing! My important stuff is just stuck with some irresponsible delivery guy and Borzo doesn’t even care. This was beyond frustrating and unprofessional. I would never recommend Borzo to anyone. And it shows that for pick up the person will be there in 5 minutes but even after 30 minutes, the pick up guy didn’t show up and after several attempt of calling, finally he picked my call and said currently I am delivery from porter and it will take another 30 minutes for pick up. Meanwhile in zoho app it shows the pick up guy is on his way but the map was not at all showing real time location. Then delivery guy told me that I won’t be able to pick up your parcel and unable to cancel from my end and asked me to cancel. I cancelled it and Borzo charged me their cancellation fee and I want to connect with any customer care representative to tell them the whole scenario but Borzo don’t have Customer support in their team, only AI generated limited response and questions are there. Well it was the 2nd time I was using Borzo and I am not at all happy . Please contact us at social.in@borzodelivery.com to resolve this. ### 1/5 — Service works only in limited area *2025-02-11* My business office is in Borivali, Mumbai, whereas my Client’s office is in CST, Mumbai which is a distance of 35kms. I wanted to get some important documents couriered within the day’s time so I chose this app. As I booked the courier service I was assigned a rider who would deliver the package to me by the end of the day, I was happy, I gave the rider’s details to my client saying that the documents will be picked up. After 5 hours my client called me to say that no one has picked the documents yet so I checked this app and I got to know that the rider has canceled the pick up and another rider has been assigned, I called the new rider and the rider explained me that since the distance is 35kms he cannot deliver the package and that he will cancel and a new rider will be assigned or I pay him extra ₹200 then only he will come, since I had already chose a prepaid order and paid ₹350 for the service I had no choice but to agree to pay extra ₹200. The package was delivered to me but the experience was full of hassle. As a business owner if I had got a good service, I would have given this app daily business since I need to send and receive paperwork, I am glad that my first experience was terrible so that I know this is not a trustworthy app and delete it. I have never felt so troubled and tortured.
