But to many times I’ve been caught out shopping ready to pay at a register, and the app malfunctioned. I literally had to call a 1 800 number while I was stuck at the store & the end result was I used a different card to pay. Another occurrence is when I randomly check my account at 12 in the morning the app malfunctions every so often. This issue is becoming more frequent it states “ there has been a unexpected error try again later ” and you will literally be locked out of your account for who knows how long.
