Marketing gimmick app rather than helpful complete info for customer eg 1 no ability to log a case from app and app take all your product registered info automatically eg no detailed info by product that is missing in marketing info (ie Easyprune device suppose to cut 20mm hardwood and 25mm soft - marketing guff speaks only about 25mm). Dev response looks like a robot as I had already given very detailed feedback via the “give feedback” in the app. And why would dev not encourage you to use the app eg use give feedback rather their response directed me to cs ### 1/5 — Wrong Language *2025-06-08* I have always bought Bosch , but I am now thinking of changing, the reason, my app has now changed to be in Dutch , I’ve contacted Bosch regarding this and they keep fobbing me off, first they tell me there is work being done on the app, then they say well if you buy anything else, just phone us, what the hell for, why I’ve I downloaded the app?, to make things easier, I cannot speak Dutch so I cannot used the app, so if Bosch won’t help me with this, why should I purchase anymore of their products, also why should I recommend Bosch to anyone else, very, very disappointed. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. This means that, by default, the app displays only the official language of the selected country. Even the contact form does not load let alone the signup form ### 1/5 — What’s the point? *2023-06-27* Bought a Bosch universal impact drill & tried to register it, tried many times in fact, but no, the Bosch drill I have isn’t recognised as a Bosch drill despite it coming in a Bosch box, with a Bosch drill in, & various Bosch information, including an advert to sign up to an extended Bosch warranty, except it won’t recognise the number either manually or when scanned. There’s an hour of my life I won’t get back, or an extended warranty for that matter. Pointless. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Alors que 2 des produits ont été commandés sur le site Bosch et livrés normalement à mon adresse, il m’est répondu que la batterie a été retournée car selon le livreur mon adresse était incohérente. La même adresse qui a permis de livrer les deux matériels. Incohérent. Merci pour votre patience et votre compréhension. ### 2/5 — Not up to Bosch usual high standards! *2024-08-05* After purchasing all my Bosch appliances when having a new kitchen fitted last year I found the Rotak 34R lawnmower VERY flimsy and the assembly instructions need to be clearer - for example the ‘ticket’ which is attached to the grass box does not make it clear that the clips on either side of the box need to be opened in order to access the wheels. Also, the grass box itself is extremely flimsy thin plastic. Whilst I can appreciate you are trying to keep the weight to a minimum, sturdyness should be a consideration. Il faut inlassablement ressaisir le code Pin. Pourquoi ne peut-on le faire depuis son smart phone ? Guide d’installation, c’est un festival de fautes de français, d’approximations et de phrases incorrectes. Bosch ne peut-il pas se payer un traducteur sérieux ? De plus le guide d’installation n’est ni clair ni exhaustif. En conclusion : apprendre à rédiger un mode d’emploi, c’est un métier et ce ne sont pas des techniciens peut-être brillants qui auront les compétences nécessaires de rédacteurs techniques.
