An error keeps popping up when I try to add a new product. It just says critical error and to restart app - useless

With the most recent update app no longer remembers circulation time schedule and each time I activate circulation I must enter on and off times. This used to work with default 30 min on, 30 off.

Either the app is broken/down or the thermostat can’t connect to wifi or is broken. It’s not that hard to create a good useful app. If honeywell can do it, why can’t you?

It asks for country home number which is in Europe, I entered the number and the country.
It creates a profile but it won’t accept my number. It shows the US number format in red fonts. 
You’re stuck!

The login screen refused to let me paste in my password (randomly generated and highly secure) and forced me to type it in. THEN I GET A BLANK SCREEN. Hey Bosch, if you can’t hire competent app developers after I paid thousands of dollars for your products, just don’t offer any smart products. You are simply not ready for this century.

At some point when they upgraded to the new app, schedules are now screwed up.  Sometimes all temperatures are available when editing - sometimes a limited list appears.  

Also, you can only add 2 additional schedules (I would love to have 1 schedule for each season).  And you can’t rename schedules.  This app just screams that it was written by a computer science drop out.  Even an AI generated app would work better.

I hope it didn’t cost more than $2000 to write this app, because if it did, they threw their money out the window.

### 2/5 — EasyAir and Heat Pump will turn new customers away

Had a new BOSCH system (Heat Pump and dual-fuel furnace w/BCC110 thermostat) put in last September. Had to have the installer come out w/in two weeks to adjust the system as it sounded like a helicopter on the pad. About a month later had to have them come out because the dual-fuel furnace would not start unless it was in emergency heat. Have to have them come out next week because as the weather warmed the system would not switch over to heat pump/AC, just blew warm air (had to switch the configuration to “No Heat”).  I have a decade of Bosch kitchen appliances and have ALWAYS been pleased; this is a disaster.

Literally half the time I change the schedule, temperature, or mode it doesn’t actually save. I always have to close the app and reopen to check if it worked. If it didn’t work, then I have to close and reopen again. 

You have to select your AC unit to make a change. I guess that’s good for businesses or very large homes, but for most people it’s his an extra step.
