Since the last update my camera is no longer able to record video. Support option in this day and are just awful. I’m embarrassed to be a Bosch employee

Bin begeistert von der Kamera. Ausgezeichnete Bildqualität. Funktioniert super. App anfangs nicht ganz unproblematisch aber dann doch alles hinbekommen. Ganz übersichtlich gestaltet. Funktionen sind ausreichend auch ohne Abo. Das muss besonders hervorgehoben werden. Was sehr wünschenswert wäre meiner Meinung nach ist die Einbindung der Apple Watch. Es wäre ganz toll und praktisch wenn man bei erkannter Bewegung nicht nur eine Mitteilung sondern gleichzeitig zumindest ein Standbild sowohl auf dem startbildschirm als auch auf der Watch bekäme um schnell zu erkennen wer vor der Tür steht. Gerade dann wenn man die Kamera als Gegensprechanlage nutzen will ist schnell sein ganz wichtig. Sonst ist derjenige schon weg bis man die App geöffnet hat…. Mit einem Klick auf das Standbild auf Watch oder sperrbildschirm die App zu öffnen und sprechen zu können wäre ein super Service. Vielleicht tut sich da was.

### 3/5 — Gegensprechfunktion ohne Einstellungsmöglichkeiten

Alle Einstellungen zu Beleuchtung und Benachrichtigung sind vorhanden und funktionieren. Das Einzeichnen eines geschwärzten Bereichs ist extrem sensibel und schwierig und führt erst nach zig Versuchen zu einem annähernd akzeptablen Ergebnis. Wenn man nur einen kleinen Bereich ausblenden will, kann man zwar eine kleine Fläche vorauswählen. Doch diese ist immer noch sehr groß und hat so viele Punkt zum Ziehen, dass man sie auf einem kleinen Bereich kaum eng aneinander platzieren kann und schon gar nicht den richtigen Punkt noch einmal greifen, um ihn zu verschieben.
Das Bearbeiten einer bereits angelegten schwarzen Fläche scheint zwar möglich zu sein - die Punkte lassen sich verschieben und die Fläche dadurch verändern, es wird nach dem Speichern aber nicht übernommen. Schwarz bleibt nur die Ersteingabe. Man muss bei Änderungsbedarf also immer löschen und neu definieren.
Zudem fehlen Einstellungen für die Gegensprechfunktion in der App völlig. Die Person vor der Tür ist gut zu verstehen, der Ton aus dem Lautsprecher (also vom Hausbesitzer) ist sehr leise und damit fast nicht zu hören und klingt sehr metallisch. Damit ist nicht wirklich eine Kommunikation möglich. In der App gibt es für die Gegensprechfunktion auch keinerlei Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Noch nicht einmal die Lautstärke kann verändert werden. Hier besteht dringender Nachbesserungsbedarf.

Caméra fonctionne très bien images nettes de bonnes résolutions! Capturer et enregistrer tous les mouvements de personnes et aussi les bruits puis la caméra envoyer une notification sur le tel mobile.
De plus une lumière éclairer une grande zone lorsque elle détecte une personne ou un mouvement la nuit.
Elle pourrais lier au Smart Home Bosch avec multitudes de scénarios avec les relais, contact de porte, commande de lumière… etc.

Habe meine Kamera, nachdem sie lange eingemottet, war erst in diesem Jahr aktiviert. Die App ist sehr übersichtlich und sie bietet mir die Funktion, die ich erwarte.

Since the software update I have to now log in every time I open and view . No good if you have someone at the door that you want to speak to using the camera and microphone. Update Nov 24 - Now working well and fairly constant good performance. Just waiting for update on IOS 18 for Apple- has developer fixed couple of bugs on camera software ( I’m still using IOS 17 in the meantime) . Thanks for the email alerting .

Sehr gutes Bild, da kann man alles erkennen. 
Einstellung auf Personenerfassung funktioniert zu 100% auch in weiterer Entfernung. Auch Personen auf dem Fahrrad werden erkannt. Es wurde noch nie bei Personenerkennung ein fahrendes Auto erkannt. Herumlaufende Tiere werden auch nicht aufgezeichnet. Das ist schon erstaunlich, dass das so gut funktioniert. 
Ist die Kamera normal eingestellt werden auch fahrende Autos erkannt 

Nachts sehr gutes farbiges Bild / Video durch die eingebaute Beleuchtung 
Sehr weiter Erfassungsbereich. 
Frontlampe sehr hell und angenehmes einstellbares Licht. 
Ambiente Beleuchtung farbig einstellbar. 
Die Einteilung von Zonen wo die Kamera nicht aufnehmen soll sind leicht zu markieren und auch das funktioniert perfekt 
Mit kauf Grund war das kostenlose speichern für eine Woche auf der Bosch cloud. 
Die Videos lassen sich sehr einfach auf meinem iPhone speichern 
Bedienung der App nach kurzer Eingewöhnung ist einfach 
Das einrichten der Kamera ins Bosch Smart Home System war sehr einfach 
Das einrichten bei Alexa leider nicht, da hat mir die Bosch Hotline geholfen 
Sprachsteuerung über Alexa ist perfekt. 
Bild Wiedergabe auf dem Alexa Gerät auch super 
Die Kamera ist ca 5 Meter vom Router entfernt und eine Betonwand dazwischen. Empfang laut Kamera Meldung: sehr guter Empfang 
Der Preis hat mich erst abgeschreckt. 
Ich bin aber froh eine sehr gute und zuverlässige Kamera gekauft zu haben die wirklich perfekt funktioniert. 
Negatives habe ich nichts gefunden

Ich kann mich nur allen Rezensionen anschließen, die positiven Dinge sehe ich genauso. Alles wunderbar. Warum ich allerdings nur 4 Sterne statt 5 gebe ist die Übersichtlichkeit bei den Kameras. Ich habe mittlerweile 8 Kameras. Alle sind untereinander angeordnet und daher recht unübersichtlich. Links und rechts ist der ganze Bildschirm frei. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass man die Kameras selbst auf dem Bildschirm nebeneinander und untereinander anordnen könnte so, dass man alle gleichzeitig sieht. Wichtige Kameras vielleicht größer, die anderen kleiner. Diese Verbesserung habe ich dem App Support vor langer Zeit mitgeteilt und leider nie eine Antwort bekommen. Es wäre toll wenn man diese Funktion in Zukunft vielleicht noch mit in die App einbauen könnte.

My app is constantly crashing on iOS. The video takes ages to load to playback, if I try to speak to someone, by the time it loads up and allows me to speak the person is long gone or I can’t hear their reply because it doesn’t seem to allow 2 way conversation. Finally if another incident occurs within about 15 seconds it doesn’t capture it because it is still busy recording the previous one.
