App says wait 30 mins to add a water detector. App also says water detector reset process is add battery and then press and hold button. That incorrect it’s press and hold and then add battery. Je n’ai qu’une recommandation concernant le design celui ci pourrait peut être être actualisé en 2026 pour être plus moderne. Ceci dit mieux vaut une application qui marche qu’une belle application qui plante ! Bosch smart home c’est vraiment hyper fiable et logique c’est ce que j’aime ! Après 2 détecteurs de fumée qui nous réveillent en pleine nuit (dont l’un seulement a été remplacé par Bosch), puis la prise connectée qui ne fonctionne plus en manuel; maintenant l’assistance Bosch m’a écrit que mon problème de caméra qui se déconnecte intempestivement est connu de leurs services et que la prochaine mise à jour permettra de le résoudre. Depuis plusieurs mois j’attends cette mise à jour, puis Bosch me dit d’installer et de réinstaller la caméra. En vain, la version n’évolue pas et maintenant après plusieurs autres tentatives sur les recommandations de Bosch, je n’arrive même plus à redémarrer l’une des caméras. Fuyez ce matériel, vous risqueriez de regretter votre investissement. ### 2/5 — Fehleranfällig, unzuverlässig, unsicheres Gefühl *2025-03-11* Es ist ja so, dass wir das System installiert haben, um uns sicherer zu fühlen. Das war vor gut acht Monaten — ich verfüge also über ausreichend Erfahrung, um die folgende Analyse formulieren zu können. Wenn man dann allerdings ein derart fehleranfälliges Programm bekommt, ist das Gegenteil der Fall: man fühlt sich unsicherer, weil man ständig kontrollieren muss und sich eben die Erwartung nicht erfüllt. Kann ich mich darauf verlassen, dass es im Ernstfall auch funktioniert? Eindeutiges „Nein!“ Die Kamera fällt derart häufig aus, dass sie an machen Tagen insgesamt bis zu drei Stunden NICHT läuft; das ist eindeutig zu viel. Das ist allerdings bei weitem nicht das einzige Problem. Auch die Beleuchtung ist unzuverlässig, man stellt extra ein, dass sie zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit ausgeschaltet werden soll und was passiert? Richtig, sie bleibt einfach an. Wenn man sie nicht manuell ausschaltet, würde sie die ganze Nacht leuchten. Ich bin insgesamt schwer enttäuscht und auch diverse Versuche, den sogenannten Kundenservice zu erreichen blieben erfolglos. Oder besser gesagt, nach jeweils ca. drei bis vier Wochen erhielt ich unzureichende Antworten auf sehr präzise Fragen, die die diversen Probleme leider bis heute nicht gelöst haben. Schade!
