I have contacted customer service countless times with NO response!! My right sleep bud has a VERY difficult time connecting, IF IT CONNECTS AT ALL!! And, once in a blue moon when it DOES finally connect, it will literally last anywhere from 5 seconds (yes, I said seconds) to a maximum of 2 hours!! Totally unacceptable to end up with a pair of $250 earplugs!!!
