Appeared for about 5 minutes in my rewards then disappeared. Asked in store and they had NO IDEA what I was even talking about. Looked at me as if I had two heads. Contacted customer service and they made it so incredibly difficult that it just was not worth it. It was just all guessing from customer service. App also never registered burger count for 10th burger free either. Customer service didn’t even know the offer existed. Offers that don’t work and a lot of people who know nothing. If you are going to offer loyalty programs, make sure they work before promoting them. Otherwise it’s nothing more than a frustrating scam. Fraud.
