I have been back and forth the their team and for some reason Im blocked to make payments from my own credit or debit card. There’s been no communication as to why and when they decided to put a block to my account. I just spoke to someone on the phone and they said “there’s nothing you (me) can provide or do get this fixed as there’s no solution”. It’s been more than 10 days and they just told men they can’t get my account fixed. Craziest thing to hear btw.
