Pero desde hace 3 años comenzaron a retenerme el dinero, llegando a tardar hasta 8 días para liberar una transferencia sin ninguna razón aparente. Se supone que cuando uno descarga un app proporciona toda su información, pero aún así, cada vez que envío dinero se les ocurre pedir un documento diferente. Ya tengo 6 meses consecutivos teniendo retenciones. Lo peor es que no se comunican contigo. Uno se da cuenta de que algo está pasando cuando el dinero no llega y eres TÚ quien tiene que llamar para averiguar qué está pasando. Y ni hablar de las horas al tell para que te atiendan. He llegado a pasar hasta 2 horas en espera y tengo pruebas de todo eso. Les ha proporcionado absolutamente TODO lo que me han pedido cada vez y aún así encuentran algo diferente qué pedir “que solo querían confirmar que era yo” “mi ID, pasaporte, residencia, tax ID, taxes personales , taxes de mi negocio, etc. tengo pruebas y correos de todas esas solicitudes cada mes algo diferente o que les repitan la misma información. El mes pasado, como aparentemente ya no encontraban qué más pedirme, me solicitaron mi licencia de trabajo. Para demostrarles un punto, les envié el permiso que me dio el City Hall para colocar el letrero de mi negocio… ¡Y LO ACEPTARON! 🤦🏻‍♀️ O sea, ¿cómo es posible que ni siquiera sepan distinguir un documento de otro? Parece que simplemente buscan cualquier cosa para seguir reteniendo el dinero. Y TENGO TODOS ESOS CORREOS POR SI ALGUIEN TIENE DUDAS Y QUIERE PRUEVAS. Pero este mes se inventaron algo todavía peor: dicen que entregaron el dinero SIN HABERLO ENTREGADO.!! Ahora, como era de esperarse, el caso está “en investigación” para comprobar qué pasó. Mientras tanto, mi abuela tiene que esperar para poder hacer su compra, y yo tengo que esperar para poder hacer los pagos de la casa donde ella vive y de mi propia casa. If you don’t do this, the app will automatically turn on the “Auto-Recharge” and charge you endlessly. I have used this app for 8 years.
