It kept showing that over and over so I deleted it and reinstalled it. Then I could access my page again and it said 12 rewards still. It should have updated to, from my understanding, a LOT more than 12 after spending $993 … Now it shows zero. There’s no more history of my pets or their appointments and their pictures are gone as if I’ve never used the app. Sigh.
