## What is Bossword?

Are you an avid crossworder? Bossword is the perfect companion app for saving and analyzing your solve times, and connecting with other puzzle aficionados.

TRACK YOUR PERFORMANCE. Add your times in seconds – including direct-sharing from the New York Times Games app. Bossword's analysis tools let you dive into your stats to really see how your game is improving over any date range – from recent weeks to your whole history.

Then – CONNECT WITH YOUR FELLOW CROSSWORDERS. A free account unlocks the community: join leagues for open-ended contests, or enter tournaments to vie for shorter-term podiums. Battle your friends for best-time bragging rights, or meet new people in Public competitions. You can even trash talk in Bossword's dedicated chat rooms. And every day, your verified times can post to the Leaderboards, so you can see how you rank against the Bossword community and move up Bossword's ranking Divisions as your skills improve.

For an even richer experience, BOSSWORD ELITE is an optional, inexpensive annual subscription that supports Bossword development and unlocks extra features like beautiful performance graphs, bulk solve history import, expanded league and tournament hosting, and exciting real-time Daily Races.

(Bossword is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The New York Times Company. Bossword Elite is $9.99/year with a 1-month free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings.)
