## What is Bostadsögat?

Thousands of first-hand contracts are handed out every year with no queue points at all: first come first served, by lottery, or at the landlord's discretion. The problem is not that the flats do not exist. The problem is that they sit scattered across 90+ different landlords, and that the best ones are gone before you have had a chance to see them.

Bostadsögat watches them for you.

HOW IT WORKS

1. You tell us what you are looking for: area, rent, number of rooms, size, move-in date.
2. We check the landlords' own pages around the clock. The most time-critical ones every three minutes.
3. You get an alert within minutes of a new flat being published, in time to apply before most people have even seen the listing.

WHAT YOU GET

Saved searches that really filter. Area down to the district, rent, number of rooms, square metres, move-in date, balcony, lift, pets, furnished and wheelchair access. First-hand contracts by default, sublets as well if you want them.

Instant alerts by push and email, within minutes of publication.

A map of every available flat, so you can see where they actually are.

Saved listings, gathered in one place.

Face ID lock, if you want the app locked.

Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö with surrounding municipalities.

FREE AND STANDARD

Free: one saved search and the full listing feed. Rent, photos and the application link are locked.

Standard, SEK 129 per month: rents, photos and application links on every listing, up to 20 saved searches, and instant alerts by push and email. The first seven days are free.

We do not let out flats ourselves and we take no agency fees. We gather what has already been published and tell you in time.

SUBSCRIPTION

Standard costs SEK 129 per month after a seven day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You manage and cancel it under Subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
