Pop-ups, crappy advertisements added. It's about the app itself. This is a news aggregator app. It's function is to list news stories about the Sox, and let you touch a headline from that list to read that story. At this basic function it fails, because every time you select a story, it loads the headline and a few words of text, and makes you select a "read the rest of the story" link. Over time this becomes tedious and tiresome. Bad app designer! Just pull up the stories when you select them.
