More than half of the pages never load, finding results and messages are not intuitive, and it’s painfully slow. When you call to reschedule an appointment, the phone message says it’s faster on the app, but I never see that option on my screen. It’s not user friendly, Face ID is pointless because you still have to manually log in, test result data could not be more difficult to sift through, there’s no tracking of current admission info like meds given etc. Hey developers, go check out MyChart with to see how a useful hospital app should function. **Developer response:** Thank you for taking time to share this feedback. The app always freezes. When I log in it takes me to a blank page. When I am trying to see doctors notes, the app doesn't let me click it. The most recent update added face ID and it don't even work. I still have to put my info to log in. I tried check the time of the appointment in the app and it wouldn't let me log in and I lost my appointment that day. It is way easier to just call the hospital, office than to try and use the app . It is not convenient at all, sometimes I have a question and I can't even message the doctor because the app never works!! **Developer response:** Thank you for taking time to share this feedback. I can never use the pre check in feature and I can never see upcoming visits in details so that I can add them to my calendar with all the info. I also can never request or schedule another visit as the page keeps loading or gives me an error message.
