I used to receive discounted coupons for meals and the such and haven’t do so in a couple of years. Also none of the locations use cup holders anymore. It’s tough when you buy 2 or more meals with drinks and there’s no place to hold the drinks. Can’t tell you how many times they’ve spilled in the car! I’ve inquired in the store and no one knows. I’ve emailed corporate and they never respond. It’s sad because the food is delicious and nutritious. Hope it changes; any suggestions?? ### 2/5 — Prone to Error Message When Placing Order *2023-07-17* The app is easy to use in terms of adding items to your cart. However, more than half the time I’ve tried to place an order, I get an error message. I’ve tried everything from re-entering my credit card, logging off and logging back on, deleting and redownloading the app, and nothing removes the error message. It’s frustrating when you get everyone’s order and enter the payment information, but right before placing the order, there’s an error. I end up having to go in person or place it on the website all over again. It was Foothills Blvd. in Roseville. I so appreciate Clayton and Sydney. They were the best. I appreciate how kind they are by hands down the best food and customer service anyone could ask for. Thank you from your new customer. ### 3/5 — Great App But Needs Work *2022-04-18, version 6.2.0* Have had this app for over 2 years but have had problems with it, especially in last 6-8 months. For a while, could not place an order that included a tip; that was fixed. Then a week ago I went into the restaurant to order dinner for the family and could not use loyalty points because app read “problem with server”, and the employees can’t just take the points from my account even though it showed I have earned enough points for 3 free prime rib dinners. Fix the app, please, it’s a good one, and please test it this time, thanks! ### 5/5 — Tech update *2022-02-06, version 6.2.0* The food and customer were great as always! On the all however, it doesn’t give any way to let the store know you’re there to pick up the order. Thats the only concern I have. Thankyou so much . ### 1/5 — Terrible app /rewards earning *2021-12-24, version 6.2.0* After using this app for about a year now I finally decided to use some of my rewards that I THOUGHT I had. Problem is that it was showing a zero balance and I was logged in correctly. No record of my prior purchases. Second, many times the app is not working very good so I go into the restaurant to order - which at times far faster than the app. However if you don’t go thru the app, no way to earn rewards. Lastly, the app allows you to order after hours - so if the restaurant closes early for one reason or another, you can still order and by the time you waste the driving to the restaurant, you find out it could have closed a couple of hours earlier. Many other restaurant apps tell you if the restaurant is open or not and if you have a small time window to pick up. ### 1/5 — App Isn’t Reliable *2021-11-11, version 6.2.0* I placed an order and the order never went through, yet the money was removed my account. There is no record in their system for the order and no way to get a refund. Currently still waiting if someone will return my call to assist, but as of now, I am out of the money and left to suffer. The app states the order was fulfilled yet in store there is no proof and forces me to be out of the money and wait to maybe have someone reach out. May update late. ### 5/5 — Annoyed 😒 *2021-10-22, version 6.2.0* Whenever I had a food reward to redeem on the BM app it always went through. But for some odd reason I was trying to redeem a free half chicken meal but when I press the checkout button it says “Error, no applicable item to reward/redeem. I had exactly 95 points to redeem the free meal. I never had an issue ordering through the app till today. Please fix this. I don’t want my redeemed reward to expire. ### 4/5 — Gift Card Doesn’t Work in App *2021-10-21, version 6.2.0* Months ago, I reviewed this app and requested a gift card option be provided in the payment method portion. The request was granted, but adding a gift card disallowed my order from being placed yesterday (it said something like “you must call the restaurant to place the order”), which negated the point of picking it up quicker. When I got to the restaurant and checked out, the lady told me the app and website don’t allow gift cards to be applied to orders. Luckily, she was able to manually type in my gift card number (it was a digital version), but what good is it to have a gift card payment option on the app if it doesn’t function properly?
