Does anybody care? They can explain to the advertisers why they are paying for nothing. ### 1/5 — Botched Upgrade Launch! *2026-08-11* The APP upgrade locks you out. Once you click on it to upgrade you can no longer visit your website on the Red Sox. The IT number on the website is a joke - it is a series of ads on MassLive’s phone tree that takes you down one rabbit hole after another - and then brings you back to where you started. I have emailed and called folks (leaving voicemails) - with no response or acknowledgement. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, which doesn’t fix anything. This is maddening.
