The IT number on the website is a joke - it is a series of ads on MassLive’s phone tree that takes you down one rabbit hole after another - and then brings you back to where you started. I have emailed and called folks (leaving voicemails) - with no response or acknowledgement. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, which doesn’t fix anything. This is maddening.
