I would rate it five stars but I had a bulk pickup needed. I tried to use the app and it would not accept the request once I finished inputting all info. I did it two more times, then finally called. Despite having the item listed on the app as something that could be scheduled there, it turns out you still need to call the City. Today had on remove and reinstall to get a trash schedule. The says it’s out of date. Update to newer version but the last update was in 2018. I learned that various wood can be disposed in different ways but that rotted wood would have to be picked up by a commercial trash hauler and I would have to pay for it.
