Was told that I would get points if I upload my credit card to the app and pay through the app (which I won’t do). My only other option is to take a picture of my receipt and then log in and do it manually myself. This seems to be a bit antiquated. The food is fine - but the rewards process too difficult, and not enough to make me not come back. **Developer response:** bottleneck@thanx.com ### 3/5 — Online Ordering Defect *2025-10-07* The app has a bug that prevents ordering from City Works for the Smoked 3 Meat and 2 Sides meal. It only allows the selection of 2 Meats/Proteins. There is a different meal for 2 Meats and 2 Sides, but it is less expensive. It appears they setup the 3 meat meal using the 2 meat settings. This has been an issue for months and I told the restaurant, but it has never been corrected. ### 4/5 — Rich Sultan *2022-08-09* Cecile our server was very polite and professional and very attentive.
