Don’t bother with this one. Everything is great at this location. It would be better if I could look up a past order and edit it to create a new order, rather than entering all the information again. When I try to reset my password, it says I can't. When I try to create a new account, it says the email is used. When I try to contact someone, they ignore me. The button says “buy now” when it means “add to basket”. There is also no way to update payment methods w/o having an order in place. Add to that, if you’ve started an order there is no way to add rewards. I was an hour late for a pickup and Malia offered a solution that I didn’t expect. I really appreciate her care and concern about our health safety as customers. It’s not often you see great customer care and it’s not often that I write reviews..but I had to in this case..feeling well cared for. Great job Vacaville, Boudin for having associates that look out for your customers like Malia! You have a long time customer now because of her service!!
