It is so easy and so simple and the visits are a complete doctors visit. Yes they are so quick and they cover everything you need to cover. It’s like they keep track of all your information so they don’t have to ask you the same question 1000 times and it’s great. I really love this staff and I love Boulder. They’re there when you need them for sure 100%. You will not find a better treatment option that meets you on your terms right where you are at no questions asked. Few things which have been hard have been technical issues where you wait in the queue then finally it’s your turn, but then won’t connect or provider on their end didn’t do a step, which led to me a few times having to have to start over and wait forever again… that’s been frustrating…. Peer support is another area which I don’t understand…. You can’t really get much help wise other then opinions of others….. I need resources which are actively happening, not someone asking what I need but can’t provide… most people are nowhere near where I reside…. So I never know who my providers is/are. It always changes. Some things med wise wish weren’t as difficult to obtain, example for me Clonidine… only can get if I’m actively withdrawing…. I’ve been in MAT treatment for over 9 years, recently switched from another teleheath app called Work it health b/c of my work schedule & I was told that with Boulder, instead of having to go to multiple different dr’s for my meds, that i would be able to get them all through this app. (Not the case) I have trying to get into the pop-in clinic for 5 days now, that is consistently full! WITHOUT THE MEDS THAT I’VE BEEN ON FOR OVER 9 YRS! Can’t make an apt. Can’t get a bridge script. Highly recommend Boulder, highly recommended for sure. My enrollment specialist named Jean is incompetent at their job and as a result driving away customers. I was offered two dates to see the doctor, 2 days from now and 2 WEEKS from now. I responded to the message that I needed the appointment in 2 days but got no response. 2 hours later I asked if I still had that appointment time and got no response. 30 minutes after that response Jean finally responded saying the appointment time was no longer available but they went ahead and scheduled me 2 weeks from now. What an absolute joke. No thanks, I got into another provider much sooner. Please use MedVidi instead, much quicker response times and competent staff. Also this time Jean didn’t even confirm if I wanted the appointment 2 weeks from now, they just scheduled me anyways. Weird how they couldn’t do that for the initial appointment. If the owners/managers are reading this Jean and your other enrollment specialists are costing your company money and I highly suggest you find more competent staff. I wanted to get clean, but didn’t know how after searching for a detox bed to no avail, I was completely out of options that’s when a friend told me about Boulder care and how this app could help get me clean. I can’t say I really believed her, but at that point I was desperate and willing to try anything after downloading the app. I realized it wasn’t like The other self-help apps this was real people helping people they got me set up with detox meds And on an MAT it works for me today. I’m 2 1/2 years clean and my life is unrecognizable. I am an active parent, a good employee and an active member of my local recovery community. And it all started with an app on my phone. Thank you Boulder care for saving my life. ### 5/5 — Five star Service *2026-08-07* I have struggled with addiction since I was about 11 years old. As I’ve gotten older, my addictions have changed from marijuana usage and drinking to leading up to shooting up heroin and meth. Where I currently live addiction is everywhere. It’s so bad a problem that the system just seems easier just to keep putting them away just as soon as they get back out for doing the same thing. And then problem is if you are able to get treatment and you had to drive a far distance to see the doctor because the town where I live in, no Dr wanted to mess with any of the medication treatment. And then if you can get all that the last thing was insurance, if your insurance didn’t cover it, and you had to pay for it, which was super expensive. And then on top of that they say it’s best to be with a counselor when you take this type of treatment someone that can help navigate with you and help you adjust, especially if you knew. This is a no judgment zone. Everyone is super friendly for the ones out there that really struggle with addiction and that need medication that helps them to stay clean like I had.
