I don’t know who decided that email won’t suffice and instead decided to complicate everyone’s lives with this stupid app. The notifications don’t work as other apps with an instant red dot you can see from the Home Screen. Instead, it sends an email at the end of the day saying I have a message, but I can’t see the message at all. I then have to go into the app to check the message. It would be SO much simpler to just check my email and see the message from the teacher rather than having this extra step. Additionally, none of my ‘contacts’ are the people that I would need to contact (like the office staff) and it won’t allow me to add any contacts. Overall, it’s annoying and complicating communication for everyone. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-08-23* Yet another platform to deal with that doesn’t work well and doesn’t send notifications. I am not sure if I am getting what I should be receiving. Just adds more stress to parental involvement. ### 1/5 — Even worse app! *2026-08-22* Many of the “rooms” aren’t populated despite the teachers saying they are. The app doesn’t do its basic job! ### 1/5 — Could not be worse *2026-08-21* Only BVSD could switch from something barely tolerable to something that doesn’t work at all. This is a joke. The app wasn’t pre setup to show my school, you have to wade through the various hidden settings pages to get it to show something relevant. And then there are teaches sending messages via this app, but it doesn’t send you notifications that the messages are there. The app implies that it sends you texts and emails, but it doesn’t do that either, not for the teacher notifications. The notifications that you do get only include the first ten words, so you can’t search the messages for important information, you have to trawl through each announcement to find something you are looking for. The app has a search option, but that doesn’t work either. Did no one test this? Did no one evaluate this? Why do BVSD hate parents so much? ### 1/5 — Why *2026-08-20* It ain’t working twin ### 1/5 — Thrillshare?!?! *2026-08-11* This wants to make me sign in through a site called thrillshare. No thank you! Is this wierd? ### 1/5 — No log? *2026-08-08* It doesn’t let me log in?? ### 1/5 — It no working *2026-08-06* Doesn’t even let you sign in, and just says error: forbidden.
