AI VIDEO ANALYSIS

Film your attempts and get AI feedback on body positioning, foot placement, hip angle, and movement efficiency. Coach Seb breaks down what went wrong on a crux and what adjustments will get you through it.

AI CHAT COACH

Ask Coach Seb about training plans, finger strength protocols, or how to improve on specific hold types and wall angles. She adapts advice to your climbing grade, training experience, and injury history. Practical coaching for real climbing problems.

GOAL TRACKING

Set grade targets or project goals and track your sends, attempts, and flash rate over time. Monitor your progression across different styles like crimps, slopers, dynos, and overhangs.

NUTRITION & WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

Dial in your nutrition to support climbing performance and recovery with personalized macro targets. The app adjusts for strength-to-weight optimization without compromising energy for high-volume sessions.

TRAINING LOG
