The app logged me out and then when I try to login again, it gives me an error saying “authenticate” and won’t let me in

Unfortunately they doing have ANY customer service. Like you can email them and you will never get a response, you can use the chat and wait for an agent and they will never come. I’ve had two issues now and both times i’ve been unable to contact anyone at all. It’s extremely sketchy!! You also DONT get a full refund when the event is cancelled, which is super frustrating and not fair!! I’d be ware of this app!!!

Asking way too much personnal info, won’t let you buy tickets without an account, plays on the fomo to make you feel cheap and offers a poor UX

The first 2 shows I did I had no problems with the app in regard to payouts from the tickets sold. I hosted a third event on the 8th of November and I never got my payout from the show. I tried emailing, calling, texting support and have gotten no response. Just been getting ghosted. I have no idea how this company handles things but after this next show I am going elsewhere for my ticketing service for shows. BE CAREFUL IF YOUR USING THIS FOR TICKET SERVICE.
