Like you can email them and you will never get a response, you can use the chat and wait for an agent and they will never come. I’ve had two issues now and both times i’ve been unable to contact anyone at all. It’s extremely sketchy!! You also DONT get a full refund when the event is cancelled, which is super frustrating and not fair!! I’d be ware of this app!!! ### 1/5 — Cant even create an account *2026-01-21, version 3.78.0* The app asks me to authenticate and doesn’t even send me a verification code, complete ragebaiting, do not recommend ### 1/5 — BEWARE EVENT PLANNERS AND HOSTS *2025-11-18* The first 2 shows I did I had no problems with the app in regard to payouts from the tickets sold. I hosted a third event on the 8th of November and I never got my payout from the show. I tried emailing, calling, texting support and have gotten no response. Just been getting ghosted. I have no idea how this company handles things but after this next show I am going elsewhere for my ticketing service for shows. BE CAREFUL IF YOUR USING THIS FOR TICKET SERVICE. ### 1/5 — ORGANIZERS: DO NOT USE *2025-04-15, version 3.69.0* Absolutely terrible customer support. AI bots, and reps that will ignore your messages for weeks! I am still waiting on out payout, and they have no responded to either of my two emails within the last weeks asking for an update on payment status. It keeps asking for identifying information. It makes way too much info about your organization public. It constantly tracks everyone's locations. Bad, terrible. Right off the bat, the tickets showing two different dates in two different places. Super confusing to understand why? I thought I booked wrong date, so tried rescheduling or cancellation. But there is not even an option for that. Submitted refund request, no acknowledgment. The tickets still showing and after two days, no contact. I booked two new tickets for another day, and when I tried sharing with myself, coz its for me and my kid it doesn’t allow saying u already bought tickets. Like wth?? What kind of illogical platform is this? Now I am $110 down and no idea if and when I can attend the event. Which is only 5-6 days away. Is this a joke? Horrible horrible app and never using it again!! ### 1/5 — Bad experience. *2024-03-28, version 3.32.0* I purchased 2 tickets to a local live music event. I received an email close to the date saying I have to send the 2nd ticket to my guest and they have to sign up to the bounce service in order to use the ticket. I reluctantly sign up my wife and then get another email later telling me I’m not obligated to sign up the owner of the 2nd ticket. Too late because now I hate your service.
