After walking down to the location, it was CLOSED. Contacted Bounce Support, but they don’t have a real person to speak with and recommended I contact the location. Hello, how can I contact the location when they are closed! Do not waste your time with this company, call your hotel and ask if they will store your luggage for free. ### 1/5 — Frustrating experience. *2026-07-26, version 4.397.1* On first glance, this app seemed perfect for our luggage storage needs on my vacation. But when I arrived at the location, apparently—although the app hadn’t notified me—there had been a policy change where I couldn’t schedule more than six bags in one reservation. The partner location wasn’t allowing me to store more than that, so I ended up having to make another reservation. It appeared that the Bounce app added an additional four bags onto what I had originally purchased as two, trying to even it out. It modified my receipt, charged me an additional $40, and still wouldn’t allow me to check the bags because the QR code I was given wouldn’t register on the partner UPS Store’s computer. I attempted to reach out to customer support for a refund. I was disappointed to see that there was no opportunity to speak to a real person on the phone—only a chatbot that was, unsurprisingly, extremely unhelpful. The whole process took forever and ended up wasting over an hour of my vacation trying to deal with this app. I was eventually given a refund for the two additional bags that couldn’t be checked due to the QR code issue, but I was still unsatisfied and disappointed by my overall experience with this app and company.
