I have to keep clicking several times and will abruptly sign me out and then have to sign back in to finally get the scan code. Also would be nice if there is a way to add a nickname for each package bc I forget which package is what and then have to dig back to my emails to look for. ### 1/5 — Bad *2025-08-11* Not worth it - a premium package I needed was returned to sender across the country because usps didn’t recognize that the location received packages for others. The customer service on the app was so bad it would have been just as effective for me to scream into an endless void; which may have been less infuriating and more cathartic. ### 1/5 — No refunds, only corporate cope *2025-03-30* Things were fine until they weren’t, the location I was using had good hours, decent location, I knew packages tended to get sent to the apt building upstairs but it was fine, I would call in advance, they would go get my package, whatever. They’d said there was a package thief in the apt building but I didn’t get robbed until I did. I paid per package, so when one day the pickup person says “hey your package was ripped open” on the phone, in my head I was like “am I really paying for this one?” And then sure enough, not just opened, the bag was almost emptied, and I still pay $4 for what? People resort to this app bc of the trauma of having so many packages stolen, it’s devastating when it happens, the shipping companies don’t gaf, it’s after the package is delivered, the least bounce can do is go check upstairs daily for packages for their $4, but no. So this time I contacted bounce support, and literally they refused at all costs to give back $4!! Four dollars. It happened “before the bounce location”, so I still have to pay for this service where the point is peace of mind, the location knows about the rampant misdelivery problem AND the package thief, but it’s not Bounce’s responsibility at all to make the customer happy and refund literally $4 one time, just to keep a customer. So they lose that customer. I guess I need a new way to receive packages. ### 1/5 — Scam *2024-12-02* Do not use. I never received my package and even after using customer service twice, no one ever got back to me. ### 1/5 — Scam *2024-11-02* Scammed me 113 dollars for something I didn’t even get a chance to pick up ### 1/5 — Bad service *2024-09-27* Do not use this. I tried them for an expensive item and after UPS delivered it, both the actual location drop off point and Bounce customer service had no answer for where my package went after about 36 hours. The customer service is also awful - they advertise an “under 4 minutes response time” on their chat service, but after trying two separate times on two separate browsers there was never a response. Had to go to e-mail to get a response, but there has been nothing about my missing package. I unfortunately already have a second item heading there way, and I’m desperately trying to cancel it or change the shipping address to a better service. ### 1/5 — TERRIBLE *2024-06-16* they will do absolutely nothing to help you when your packages aren’t delivered or stolen. And to be very clear, the carrier tried to deliver to the bounce location MULTIPLE times but they just weren’t open. Support informs me that they have suspended package receiving services but the first image you see upon downloading and entering app is a promo for it. Thank you! ### 1/5 — Do not use this company *2023-12-05* When I went to pick up my package at the receiving facility, a family-run deli, I was told that they had ended their contract because Bounce never paid them. My package was sent away and is now lost. We’ll see if Bounce bothers to respond to my claim but I would have been better off just having it delivered on the street in NYC.
