## What is Bouncy Jellies?

A handful of translucent gummy bears on a white table. Grab them, stretch them, squash them, throw them, pour more in.

Every bear is a real soft body: it stretches like rubber when you drag any part of it, leans after your finger, and snaps back with a wobble when you let go. Pull its head up and the body follows, press it down and it pancakes and launches itself back up.

Crash two bears of the same flavor together and the one that was hit takes the other in and grows, while the candy swirls through its translucent body as liquid and a crown of thick, glossy candy ink splashes across the table. Smash two different flavors together hard enough and they mix into a new one. The Flavor Book keeps track of everything you have discovered.

Small touches: bears hop, waddle, scratch their heads and twirl on their own; every sound is made fresh each time (no two bounces are the same); a gentle original score; haptic feedback on supported iPhones. No ads, no accounts, and it works offline.

THE BEACH (optional, one-time purchase). A shore of real, simulated water: a pale sea with a coast across the far side. Bears splash in, go under, bob up and float, make waves as they are dragged through it, and the candy of a fusion dissolves into the water as swirling ink. A quiet sea sounds under it all, and it rises and falls with the waves. The Beach needs a device with WebGPU; where there is none, the game offers nothing to buy.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.0.1 — 2026-11-03

Smoother and faster, especially when bears combine, and on iPhone and iPad.

• Combo meter: combine bears in quick succession and a ring counts down the time to keep your combo going.
• Combining bears now celebrates with a burst of confetti.
• Buttons tick under your finger; hold Music to pick a track.
• Hold a paw or an ear and it stretches while the body keeps its shape.
• The Beach is brighter, with spray as bears splash in.
• The new-flavor pop-up can be turned off, at the bottom of the Flavor Book.
• On iPhone, the biggest bears take up less of the screen, and a tap reaches the smaller bears around them. On iPhone Duo, the bears resize smoothly as it opens and closes.
• Fixed: Flavor Book tabs on iPad, bears shrinking in iPad portrait, and sound going quiet after switching apps.
• Fewer pop-ups, and a tidier new-flavor card on iPhone.
