When I opened the app for the first time, these were the words etched at the top. There’s tools within the app to hold you up, no matter the place you are— in or out of a relationship; and challenges to rewire old beliefs. I’m excited for the journey this provides.

This app helped me heal from a very toxic and trauma bounded relationship. Not only was it informative and helped guide me through my own struggles, it made me a better version of myself and has taught me valuable lessons when it comes setting healthy boundaries and understanding what it truly is I need, want and desire in a partner and how that can be achievable.
