The colour and font of the text inside the textview  for MachineId is changed to orange and bold text so that it is visible when the phone is in dark mode.

### 1.4 — 2023-08-22

We can register multiple machine ids  in a device at the same time and we can receive  push notification for all the registered machine ids.This is the enhancement done in this version.
