I love that it’s so easy to use and everything is tailored to where you and your little one are at in terms of age or stage of pregnancy etc. There’s also a new Ask the Midwife feature which is absolutely game changing for pregnancy, having access to a midwife for those little questions within minutes from your phone is absolutely brilliant. The studio is small and toys and blankets were obviously dirty for a newborn, no lightings use, there is only one staff to carry out the session it feels like we were on marathon rather than relax, and most of all the prices are extremely overprice! 75 for a print and £120 for a digital or soft copy. They didn’t even give us our soft copies even if we paid £75 that’s quite too much if I have to pay another £120 for a single digital copy! we are absolutely devastated we drive total of 2 hrs and prepared for 2 months for the session! extremely disappointed! ### 1/5 — Not free! *2026-01-28, version 2.27.33* Rubbish false advertisement ### 1/5 — “Free Trial” Error - Give me back my money! *2025-10-27, version 2.27.32* I downloaded the Bounty App on 26th October 2025 after selecting the free trial option, signed up for the subscription which you would usually be able to cancel easily within the free trial. Decided the app wasn’t for me and cancelled my subscription the same day however I can see that payment has been taken and no free trial was given. I have tried to access the customer support page but there are no options for this issue and no contact telephone number or generalised email. I will be contacting my bank directly. Bounty - give me my money back! 😡 ### 1/5 — Name *2025-07-29* I don’t like the name of the app it sounds like it was created by a hostile stalker who force somebody to get her pregnant and now wants child support ### 1/5 — Won’t go past the sign up page *2025-02-01, version 2.27.26* I’ve been trying to sign up for days on the very first page you get to when you open the app but the next button does not work. Not better than ransomeware! *2021-03-24, version 2.22.3* My partner and I used this app to track our soon development during the pregnancy, all the photos were stored in the app taken on our smartphone. After about 2 years it then emailed my partner asking to purchase the 20+ photos at a special discount of 50% for a whopping £110 or face the prospect of the photos being deleted after 30 days. HELLO EVERYONE THIS IS RANSOMEWARE IN MY OPINION!!! Needles to say we paid the £110 as our sons memories are precious to us. That is exactly what they prey on and should be shut down !!! Please do yourselves a favour and read there trustpilot reviews and don’t let these con artists exploit your precious memories. When it comes to discounts and Bounty Plus offers - it’s a complete disaster. Impossible to redeem anything. It directs you to the website, which then directs you to the app? Signed up for Plus version, and it is even worse than free one. Literally any use any offers.
