## What is BourgMerchant?

BOURG MERCHANT EXCHANGE is a private non-marketable merchant exchange and the 501(c)(2) title and asset holding trust for the 501(c)(6) unincorporated non-profit NGO Business League called THE BOURGANIZATION INSTITUTE in which the league members can move their money, communicate and facilitate their own transactions, bypassing the need for banks as middlemen. This entire ecosystem is fully decentralized and created (not for the public) for our private community and contributing members. We do not hold or manage depositors or deposits , nor do we lend money. We obtain, retain and protect the assets of our league members. This app will streamline the entire endeavor.
