Absolutely rubbish! Does not work. Avoid using the app. Go back to excel trackers! Much better. 
Waste of time using the app.

Does not work correctly. 
The old ways of using individual trackers was more efficient. 
1. You get notifications for shifts available to cover, but then when going in to the app, nothing is there. 
2. Sometimes notifications do not work. You have to un-install the app and re-install the app; then it may work. 
3. There is no way of putting in emergency cover for sickness or absence. 
4. If a shift is available, it allows 2 engineers to apply for it (home base) and accepts both for 1 shift. 
5. Can’t cover a shift if someone is off less than 6 hours. 
6. On the app > notification page, there is nothing descriptive on there or informative. They are just “a load” of notifications. 

There are plenty of things that are wrong with it. 
It just doesn’t work to specified needs.
