## What is bousai?

Japan is subject to many types of natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunami, volcano eruptions. This app is designed for foreign residents in Japan to improve skills and knowledge for how to protect themselves before, during and after disasters. The target users of the app are not the general public but only the foreign residents in Japan. We deliberately keep the app simple and concise, although the app content will be constantly added and improved. 
日本は地震、津波、火山噴火など多くの種類の自然災害にさらされています。 このアプリは、日本の外国人居住者が災害前、災害中、災害後に身を守る方法に関するスキルと知識を向上させるために設計されています。 アプリの対象ユーザーは、一般の人ではなく、日本の外国人居住者のみです。 アプリのコンテンツは絶えず追加および改善されますが、アプリは意図的にシンプルかつ簡潔に保たれています。
