Attempted to sign up by email, but the verification link goes to “localhost”. I also had to restart the app multiple times after deciding to use Sign Up with Apple because the phone number field wouldn’t let me skip or fill in a phone number. Obviously not a well tested application. ### 2/5 — Improving but still needs work *2026-03-03, version 1.6.12* I’ve used Boutboard for several tournaments in The last 2 years as a coach and it is getting better, but still needs work. Alerts these need to not disappear when you open your phone. Send them in a text. to many wrestlers and it becomes near impossible to track which of the 18 mats you or your wrestlers need to be on. The round robins of mats with only 3 deep sucks kids and coaches can’t tell where they need to be or when to warm up. Used fixed mats and that way you can follow number sequentially on the assigned mat and wrestlers will know what mat to be on and be there. 14.99 premium pricing for a system still in beta and not widely used is gouging. Try 2.00 per month- not to mention that videos are only available here and not on flow, which is the industry standard. I understand what you’re building but at this point partnering for this would be a much better strategy that does not alienate users who like the system. ### 2/5 — . *2026-01-23, version 1.6.12* You need to have text alerts. ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-11-15, version 1.6.12* Paying $15 a month for a feed that freezes every 3-5 seconds is infuriating. My son is a senior this year, and the very first tournament of the season has opted for this app, which is apparently associated with Rokfin. It really needs some work. My biggest complaint is that when you think you are watching the “live” feed, you aren’t. One score is real time, but the video you see is lagging behind and reflects the score at that moment. Plus, it can be tricky to get back to the screen with the viewing options. Idk. I guess it’s better than nothing, but not at $15/month. ### 1/5 — This is awful *2025-11-23, version 1.6.12* This app is awful! We used it yesterday for the first time at a tournament. This app didn’t update the bracket so no one knew when the wrestler were supposed to go. The announcer were having to call out the names as they were supposed to be on the mat. Then we didn’t know mat assignments, they would have mats that no one was wrestling on for a long period of time, and with all that and more out tournament was about 4 hours behind! They had to stop just to try and fix computer error that they were blaming on the internet. When there was no internet issues. It was awful! I hope no one uses this app again and OKWA wrestling doesn’t Jew pushing for it to be used! Flosport is the best app! ### 1/5 — Inferior platform *2025-11-23, version 1.6.12* For a true, unbiased review— this is an inferior platform. Disorganized and inconsistent. Unable to view live streams and playbacks. There are bugs with scorekeeping. This platform has been an unreasonable, significant time expense the few times it’s been used. Had my first experience with boutboard today, I went in open-minded hoping for the best. I should have listened to the feedback of others who had used it because sadly, they weren’t wrong. My son had a 3pm session start time, attentively. We’ve had tournaments start later than expected before, no big deal. Except it is a big deal when a session is delayed by 4 hours…. Four Hours! The mats are having to wait and announce wrestlers to the mats. No exaggeration, 2 mats set still for 7+ minutes pending wrestlers arriving to their bouts. When this is happening at every single mat with every single bout, it added up. The “system” went down on more than one occasion. I don’t think any club or wrestler should be charged for a tournament when they’re being forced to be apart of a trial run of an incredibly bug ridden application/system. Every single person who was obligated to use this app, with no heads up, should have their tournament fees refunded.
