I’m always afraid I won’t receive the correct order, will have payed too much, or, worse, get conned. But I’ve ordered from BSE multiple times and I’ve been 100% satisfied with the quality of my purchases & shipping time. The samples are incredible. I’ve never been overcharged for my order. In fact, they give reward points for my purchases which has allowed me to buy more products at a discount! Always doing the math myself to double check the numbers. They treated me in such an arrogant, smug and dismissive manner that was so offensive. I was actually shocked. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store. Also, the shipping protection fee is charged automatically. You must click to remove it, and pay attention when proceeding to check out because it will keep the fee “on” so you have to remove it again. Last purchase, I didn’t pay attention and ended up paying the shipping protection fee. I sent an email to customer services to report the situation.
