I ordered some thing and after it took me contacting them three times to send it two months later, they left out some of my items and then refused to refund me. Three of the four orders were messed up. This last one was the final draw. I placed an order for 15 items. They sent me a message saying one item was out of stock but instead of crediting my card back they wanted me to keep it as store credit. It took 4 days to win that battle. Secondly, I accidentally ordered two of one item. While I’m sure folks may mean to do this I wish they would’ve asked if it was an error because they won’t take it back as a return (which I do understand). The icing on the cake was one item was missing and they won’t do anything about it because I don’t have pictures of the original package it came in. Still don’t understand why it’s needed or why they think I’d be lying about a $10 item when I just spent $215. Ordered stuff the same day from each website and I received my Shein order 3 weeks ago (3 weeks after order). This order still isn’t even in the US yet after 6 weeks total. I’m inclined to say they start the shipping process before they even ship your product so it looks like it’s been shipped when it hasn’t. They say there is free shipping with a certain amount, however, they adjust the price of each item so the shipping cost becomes part of the price of the item. You can actually see changes in the prices. Moreover, many times, the total is less without coupons than with the coupons. It’s very dishonest and frustrating. One more thing, they do not tell you how many of the item you are interested is left when stock is low so it gets sold out without notice. That has been one of my major frustrations with this site. And the customer service people act like they don’t know what you are talking about and give responses that have nothing to do with your concerns when you bring all of this to their attention. There have been times where I did not receive my packages and they had to resend them but some things went out of stock and I did not get them.
