## What is Boutros Alerts?

Boutros Alerts is a private operational notification app built for a single authorized business client. It is not intended for the general public — it's provided as part of an ongoing service engagement, exclusively to one identified client.

The app connects to the client's own backend and:
• Delivers push notifications the moment the backend sends one
• Shows a running list of recent alerts inside the app
• Provides one tap through to the client's web portal for full detail

There's no account creation, browsing, or search — it simply mirrors a private notification stream for its intended device.
