## What is Bouw Samen?

Bouw Samen is de planning- en urenapp voor bouwbedrijven en hun crew. Roosters, beschikbaarheid, uren en facturen — alles op één plek, op je telefoon en in de webbeheerder.

VOOR DE PLANNER (admin)
• Maak in seconden een dienst aan: datum, tijd, locatie, opdrachtgever, uurtarief.
• Wijs bouwers toe op basis van beschikbaarheid en vaardigheden.
• Stuur push-notificaties — geen losse WhatsApp-groepen meer.
• Volg gewerkte uren, pauzes en handtekeningen per dienst.
• Maak facturen direct vanuit voltooide diensten en mail ze rechtstreeks naar de opdrachtgever.

VOOR DE BOUWER (worker)
• Bekijk je rooster voor vandaag, deze week en de komende maand.
• Zet je beschikbaarheid per dag aan of uit, met tijdvenster en opmerking.
• Accepteer of weiger diensten met één tik.
• Klok uren in en uit, registreer pauzes, voeg foto of handtekening toe.
• Voor ZZP'ers: vul je eigen bedrijfsgegevens in, de app maakt automatisch een conforme factuur.

WAAROM BOUW SAMEN

Fixed day rate
Jobs can now be priced at a fixed day rate instead of an hourly rate. On these jobs you no longer fill in hours: the day rate is shown with the shift.

Multi-day jobs
A job can run across several days. Each day appears separately in your schedule.

Clearer invoices
- Mileage lines now show the date.
- Material and other expenses now show the date and the job.
- One total at the end of the invoice, instead of a subtotal per day.
- Expenses with different VAT rates (21%, 9% and 0%) are added up and shown per rate.

Data in Europe
The database has moved to Ireland, so your data is stored within the EU.
