Stopped receiving requests from payment providers after update to iOS 18.1. Can’t use cards.

How does BOV still exist if they can’t get anything right: starting from this app and ending with their managers forgetting about pre-scheduled appointments and failing to show up at the branch. Utter lack of competence and expertise all throughout the establishment.

Hopeless App, not user friendly. Was forced to download it after my Secure Key was discontinued for online banking. Set up a payment for my credit card, but did not go through. So got charged late payment charges. BOV Customer Service was appalling.

Pretty much forced to download the app. Managed to get it working but could only see my current account - no credit card account shown nor are any saved payment details. Several calls to “customer care” team to assist to be placed on hold and the line cuts. Several emails ignored. Now credit card statement is due and I cannot log on to pay it. Dysfunctional app managed by dysfunctional people

If like me you upgraded to IOS8, this app is rendered useless. As a developer I noticed this months ago and informed the bank who acknowledged the issue but has so far failed to address it.  BOV, you also seriously need to address the fact that you have not updated your customers as I still find no mention of it on your website before encouraging people to download.

It's a good app that's not the problem it's you are only allowed one app per account not good enough or one app per mobile.
