Will not let me add a payee for paying bills.  Difficult to navigate overall

In some places, the app shows only some transactions (Dashboard) and in others it shows all transactions (Activities->View Transactions) with no logic as to why it’s only showing some transactions, and no way of knowing that it’s not showing all transactions.

Reporting this was met with essentially “that’s what it’s supposed to do” and telling me that the screenshots I sent were “not from the app”. Well, I’ll tell you what, I took those screenshots from the app and if the app says it’s displaying all transactions it should display all the transactions.

I have to delete and reinstall the app at least once a month to resolve issues. Sign in is also a headache. App devs need to get it together! Do better.

This app is not really an app. It’s a website. It frequently goes down. They could really use an investment in improving this app for users.

I had the app before and it worked perfectly but then I had to get a new card and so I told by a BVCU member to delete the app and then when I log in use the new card number so I did that but now quickview won't work. I can log in and turn it on but as soon as I exit the app and go back in it turns it off again so please fix this.
