I was able to successfully sync once in May of 2021. ### 1/5 — App useless *2021-04-22, version 1.3.3* After syncing my workouts the app is still showing the year 2016 instead of current days workout. I have sent emails, I have deleted the app and reinstalled but not changes! Paid way too much for this machine to have an obsolete app that doesn’t display something as simple as the current date. ### 1/5 — Will not sync *2021-02-02, version 1.3.3* Very poor. I have had issues with connecting to the app as well . Connect before you press the start button. It won’t connect when machine is in use. Deleting the app and reinstalling it did the trick for me. This refreshed things. I was glad to see that the workouts I thought were not tracked actually were. It is all right there. I can also say that when I did reach out to support via email regarding the app the response was prompt. However, I can’t understand why you—Bowflex—have not updated the app? This is not a good look! Apps should be updated regularly. As other reviewers have stated—for the amount of $$$ (I have) spent on this machine—it’s not acceptable! ### 1/5 — App failure *2020-07-05, version 1.3.3* The app never syncs up correctly. Last update for the app was three years ago, so I will be deleting the app as it’s completely useless.
