I let it sit for a few and still wouldn't download. Then I logged out of my account it won't recognize my password. Reset my password, and it won't recognize the password that they sent me. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Terrible customer support *2016-09-25* Paid for two years of digital subscriptions. Downloaded the apps for four magazines. It let me download two issues and wants me to pay for the new issues. Tried calling their subscription services and they were clueless about the apps. They gave me an email address to get an answer. Emailed them and was told my subscription did not update for some reason. He said he would get back to me, over a week later and no solution. Avoid the apps and get the paper version instead. I was trying to get away from paper and go all digital. What I really don't get is, why the heck are you forcing us, to read in portrait mode instead of letting us switch to landscape? This was so much better before! Nobody reads a magazine in portrait mode! After renewing my subscription at the end of September, really second guessing that decision! ### 4/5 — Update realeased *2013-05-29* Happy they released the fix for not being able to read the magazine when not connected to the internet. Also, I had a similiar issue as the reviewer above of not being able to sign in; but I realized that the password is case-sensitive. With the same update they remind you that your password is case-sensitive. That really helps. ### 3/5 — November??? *2014-11-10* I haven't seen the November 2014 available for download yet either.
