What are the measurements in? Cm’s?

I can’t get the camera to work on bowls that are spread out.  Ok on close spread bowls

App works well. 
However I have a question. 
What is the unit of measurement that the app uses and is that measurement taken from the edge or centre of the jack? I was thinking it must be in cm but when I checked with a measure it didn’t tally.

Having brought this for our short mat bowls club we have used it this summer at our newly formed petanque club. So successful even league member skeptics are interested in using it! Great device as unlike the jack in bowls the cochonnet (target ball) is lightweight and easily moved whilst measuring.

Great idea. I’m arthritic and I find it really difficult (both mobility and painful) to crouch down with a tape. Anything to help me is great. 👍
The only downside...our club has an old traditionalist....under no circumstance will he let us use it. You can imagine the language he got 😂😂😂

I have recently purchased the bowlometer app and I am very pleased with this wonderful app, I had a couple of teething problems at first so I contacted the office by email, received help and information on how to sort my problems more or less instantly.  It was my iPhone that was the problem. All fixed now. 

I would like to say the help I received off Nicolas (bowlometer) was of a very high standard, he was knowledgeable and quick, I would not hesitate to recommend the bowlometer app to everyone.
